this type of search when you require a search of the "register" certificate
of title showing historic memorials from the time the title was converted
into Landonline format. If the title was created prior to landonline,
there will also be a scanned image of the old paper title. This type
of search only includes the plan if the plan was part of the old paper
title, therefore if the title was issued in the landonline format
then a plan will not be attached.
