Utilise
this form when you wish to renew the expiry date of a financing statement
prior to actual expiry. NB: If this financing statement is involved
in a subordination then renewing the financing statement does not
automatically renew the subordination recorded. You need to be vigilant
of subordinations at the time of renewal and extend notice of the
subordination by processing another subordination at the time of renewal.
