a parcel of land, this search will provide a recent search copy of
the land (as with a check search) but we will also provide all relevant
information pertaining to encumbrances affecting the land together
with documentation and plans relating to easements both benefiting
and affecting the land. N.B.This will not disclose information
from council usually in a LIM report.
