Thank you very much for visiting our site and utilising the search, registration and consultancy options available. My wish is for this firm to be considered as an extension of your office, enhancing the services that you provide.

My experience in the land information environment dates back to 1982. In 1990 I became a partner in my father Bob Graham's company, Graham & Co, which in turn became Graham & Graham Ltd.

During this time I have clearly understood the responsibility of our firm to provide the sort of precise and effective service that reputations and goodwill are based upon. We are committed to helping you form loyalties with your clients, and look forward to a long and mutually rewarding relationship with you as your agent.

Be assured that we maintain the staff mix (see below) needed to provide you with a valuable resource able to fulfill your various undertakings. We recognise the need to constantly put both time and resources back into our business.We are continuously upgrading and reviewing our systems and procedures to take advantage of this ever-changing industry.

Janelle Weir - General Manager
Janelle has been with us since 1992, playing a vital role in the growth and expansion of a small legal agency to one of the largest in New Zealand. She began as a search and registration clerk and worked her way up through the ranks to general manager gaining extensive knowledge and experience of the industry along the way. Janelle also acts as our PPSR consultant and welcomes all enquires big and small. Janelle believes in building strong, value-laden business relationships both internally and externally by anticipating and providing solutions to maximise customer satisfaction. Her key organisational goal is listening and responding to our customers and keeping ahead of the competition. Janelle is a qualified legal executive and is near completion of her NZ Diploma in Business.

Marcus Reynolds - Business Development Manager
Marcus has degrees in both Law and Business Management. He has previous experience in market and business analysis in large companies and will bring these skills and qualifications, along with his enthusiasm, to the role of business development manager. Marcus' strengths lie in his ability to work as an individual as well as within a team, his strong communication skills and being able to multi-task. All of this will help to identify new opportunities and allow LANDinfoNET to continue it's rapid growth into the future.


Barry Green - Land Transfer Consultant
Barry is an integral part of the team having had 23 years experience with Land Information New Zealand and its predecessors in the Hawkes Bay, Auckland and Hamilton offices. The last 12 years was as a Senior Land Registrar. Barry joined our team in 1998 as one of our full time Land Transfer Consultants.

David Barker - Land Transfer Consultant / Supervisor
David brings to LANDinfoNET vast experience in a legal agency business that ensures all your needs are met. David welcomes all of your queries from the most simplest to high end Land Transfer consultancy and complex conveyancing and land law issues. David has had 8 years experience with Land Information New Zealand up to and including Assistant Land Registrar. Following an overseas sojourn David had 10 years with Graham and Graham and another 3 years experience within the industry. David is actively building his knowledge through the pursuit of a law degree part time through Waikato university.

Roger Fielding - Land Transfer Consultant
Roger has had 15 years experience at Land Information New Zealand 10 of those years as a Land Registrar which involved checking registration, plan deposits issuing new certificates of title, basically all facets of processing documentation and plans to ensure that all statutes were complied with to enable registration to take place. He has also spent some time at LINZ doing quality assurance work making sure LINZ standards were met. Roger joined us in January 01 and brings a level of knowledge relied upon by conveyancers to ensure the smooth passage through LINZ red tape.

Evan Yeates - Land Transfer Consultant
Evan’s experience totals some 12 years with Land Information New Zealand. Six of those years were as a Signing Officer checking off documents and plan deposit dealings to enable the issuing of new certificates of title and to ensure that statutory requirements were complied with. In his final year Evan was a Quality Control Co-ordinator ensuring LINZ standards were met and internal staff were trained. Evan also spent time as a Landonline trainer and has been involved in the setting up, introduction and implementation of e-dealings. Evan joined LandInfoNet in September 2004 and brings an understanding of LINZ and Landonline processes that can be relied upon by conveyancers to ensure a smooth and accurate registration process.

Elaine Hancock - Land Transfer Registration
Elaine will be a familiar name to conveyancers throughout the country having had over 20 years experience in all areas assisting you with your clients conveyancing requirements. Elaine is an integral part of our registration team having worked for LINZ for 5 years and another 17 years as a land transfer consultant with another Hamilton based legal agency. Elaine will be dealing with New Zealand wide work from our Hamilton office.


Vesna Sudzum - Land Transfer Registration / Relationships Manager
Vesna has been an important member of our team since 1996. She devotes her time to our registration department ensuring all statutes are complied with prior to registration. She has extended her position by assisting the general manager in human resources. Vesna is a legal executive and was formerly a solicitor in her home country of Croatia. She is currently studying for a Diploma in Human Resource Management. " My goal is offering excellence in service to our customers, as well as support, resource and personal development to our staff".


Tracy Bradly- Land Transfer Registration
Tracy began working for us in 1997. She started off in our searching department, then was quickly promoted to the registration team assisting in all aspects from the checking of non-technical dealings to all incidental tasks required in the efficient operation of this department. Tracy now successfully manages our administration and accounts systems and procedures. She is also a vital part of our PPSR search and registration division.


Adele Oram - Land Transfer Registration
Adele has had 10 years experience in all areas of the legal agency business and has gained a sensitivity and awareness of the clients needs and always anticipates, from the client's perspective, what is required. Adele has extensive knowledge and understanding of PPSR and Company searching and registration having been involved in the transition to the present system.


Dianne Watson - Registration / Searching & Office Admin
Dianne has been with the LANDinfoNET team since 2000, starting in the Hamilton office and transferring to Auckland in 2001. Her strengths lie in her perseverance, flexibility and her attention to detail, which has helped the office in effective quality control. She is a mature and accurate worker with a level of experience that has proved both beneficial to the company and our clients. Dianne is an important member of our registration team dealing with all aspects from the checking of non-technical dealings to assisting our LT consultants with more complicate matters.


Sandra McMillan - Searching & Office Admin Searching
Sandra brings over 12 years experience of working in the legal agency environment, and has through that time built a network of contacts and systems that allow Sandra to be an integral key person in all areas of our business. Sandra has previously been part of our LINZ document checking team, and has now moved into the area of searching, bringing her years of knowledge and experience into the searching team.


Alison Olsen - Searching & Office Admin
Alison brings over 15 years experience, during that time has held several positions with LINZ. Firstly, in a clerical role helping with the everyday processing of Land Title documents, later on as a customer services officer at the help desk and on the search team. Customer services is a role where Alison excels and has a strong focus on providing you with best most friendly services possible. Alison's role with us is enhanced by her sharp mind and quick thinking that gained her top student in Sixth Form (92%) and Seventh Form (94%) in Legal Studies.

Renee Williams - Searching & Office Admin
Renee joined us early 2002 and has excelled in all areas that she works in, helping us control a quick response and processing time. Renee brings over 8 years experience in office systems to our team and we utilise Renee's natural working talents into all areas of our operation including LINZ, PPSR and company searching.

Carmel Pritchard - Searching & Office Admin
Carmel joined us early 2002, after spending two years with one of the countries top legal firms, with her customer focus and bright mind Carmel can adapt to the multitude of tasks required to enable the smooth processing of our operation.

Tania Haurua - Searching & Office Admin
Tania began with us in May 2002 and comes from a teaching and customer services background. Tania was previously with the Airport as an Operations Manger in Imports and Exports for 10 years whilst also relief teaching. Her organisational goal is to "offer superior value to all our customers by delivering the desired satisfaction more effectively than our competitors". Tania was promoted to Searching Team Leader in 2005, she is a committed team member of LANDinfoNET and contributes consistently to the work quality standards of the company.


Pamela Makensi - Searching & Office Admin
Pamela (Pam) began with us in 2003 on a casual basis, her skill was quickly recognised and we were lucky enough to make her permanent shortly afterwards. She is an extremely determined and focused young woman with a drive and desire to excel not commonly found today. Pam was awarded employee of the month three times within the first 6 months of her employment. She is an extremely hard worker and a committed team player.

Turea Tohi - Searching & Office Admin
Turea is a highly motivated individual with a maturity and work ethic beyond her years. She has fast become a valued member of our team who contributes consistently in terms of her positive 'can do' attitude, ability to pick up systems and process quickly and friendly, helpful nature.

Karrisa Ansley - Searching & Office Admin
Karissa is a 'people person' and enjoys providing great customer service. She likes to be able to get things done and is a methodical and thorough worker. Karissa is in the process of completing her certificate in Business Level 3 and is also undertaking a law class.

Shelly Richardson - Searching & Office Admin
Shelly joined the team in February 2005 and comes from a customer service background.  Shelly's key strengths lie in her commitment and ability to work within a team environment to achieve a common goal.  Shelly is in the process of completing her Legal executive certificate.  She is looking forward to building strong relationships and providing a superior service to all LANDinfoNET clients.

Grace Bastin - Searching & Office Admin
Grace finished 7th form at Rangitoto College in November 2005 and joined the LandinfoNet Team in December 2005. She excelled in Text and Information Management obtaining the highest Grade and Effort in her class. Grace previously worked part-time in a Resthome for 3 years showing maturity and compassion. Grace is an extremely quick learner and has picked up our systems and processes effortlessly.

Nikki Jerry - Searching & Office Admin
Nikki comes to us from a logistics background where she developed a taste for office life. She completed a year at University of Auckland majoring in anthropology which helped to fine-tune her organisational skills and attention to detail.  Nikki is looking forward to creating strong relationships with both clients and fellow colleagues at LANDinfoNET.

Lisa Oakden - Searching & Office Admin
Lisa is in the process of completing her Diploma of Business and has excelled in her Business Law paper. She has previous customer service experience from her time as assistant manager in a retail store and has also learnt strong time management and organisational skills from this position. Lisa hopes to build on her knowledge gained from her course and develop good working relationships with all LANDinfoNET clients.
